With experience doing regular exercise such as weightlifting at the gym and early morning runs, the method seemed like an easy regimen to take on. Here’s a story where we learn about the value of fitness for functional performance and control of the entire body.

Improving cardiovascualar endurance so that the body can deliver oxygen to muscles more efficiently during physical activities
We work with clients to create living works of art by helping them sculpt and maintain their most balanced and aesthetically refined form. Our method takes the precision and flow from Pilates and combines it with the functional conditioning of calisthenics to help our clients progress through three fitness levels: Apprentice, Artisan, and Maestro.

At this stage, it’s critical for clients to understand the foundational aspects of our method. Here, we emphasize correct form in order to work the correct muscles and to ensure safety. Lumbopelvic stability as well as shoulder mobility and stability are key considerations, which when combined with intentional breathwork, helps clients to more effectively sculpt their bodies.
