If you haven't completed an intake form, inform your coach about anything that can impact your ability to perform the exercises such as current or prior injuries

During Your Workout Session
Enjoy the session! Remember your breathe work and to actively focus on your movements to fully benefit from the sessions.
Step 3.
After Your Workout Session
Don't forget to hydrate and do additional stretching, as required
